One good first message saves you a day.
The Help Desk runs a UK working day, so every round trip costs you one. Five things in the first message and you get an answer instead of a question back.
WHAT TO INCLUDE
- How many screens, and where
- Total displays and how many sites. The difference between 6 screens in one building and 600 across 40 sites changes the answer to everything else.
- What the screens are
- Samsung, LG, a TV with a stick behind it, industrial PCs, or nothing bought yet. This decides the player, and the player decides the price.
- Cloud or your own infrastructure
- Say early if procurement, a regulator or an air-gapped site means the CMS cannot be hosted by us. It changes the plan, not just a setting.
- Buying for yourself or to resell
- If your customer ends up owning the licence, that is the partner conversation and a different set of terms. If not, there is no application and no fee.
- When it needs to be live
- A date makes the difference between a quote and a plan, particularly if hardware has to be ordered.

WHAT SALES CAN ANSWER
Six things worth a conversation, and the pages that answer the rest.
Half of these are already published. Reading the page first is quicker than waiting for someone to send you the link.
A price for your actual screen count
The Professional plan is published at $12 per display per month. Business, Enterprise and perpetual licences are quoted. Send screen count, number of sites and what the screens are, and you get a figure rather than a discovery call.
Published pricing firstWhether to buy the licence or rent it
The one question most of this category cannot offer you at all. It turns on how long the screens will be on the wall and whether the money is capital or revenue. Sales will do the arithmetic against your own numbers rather than ours.
Both models, side by sideWhich player your existing screens need
Samsung and LG panels usually run on the screen itself with no box. Industrial PCs need the Windows or Linux player. Video wall output needs Windows or a multi-output BrightSign. Tell us what is on the walls and you get a straight answer before anything is ordered.
The six playersReseller, white label and distribution terms
The setup fees, discounts and the $2,100 white-label build are all published, so read those first. What sales adds is which of the three programmes applies to you, and whether you need one at all.
The partner programmeHardware, specified and quoted
Four supplied players with their real specifications published, from a single-output box to a six-output video wall machine. Prices are on request because no verified figure exists to publish, and a quote is the honest way to get one.
The players we supplyA reference call with an existing customer
Better than any case study we could write. Subject to the customer agreeing and to their deployment resembling yours, so it is not promised in advance, but it is worth asking for.
Who runs Live todayBEFORE YOU FILL ANYTHING IN
You can probably get most of this without us.
The Professional plan is $12 per display per month and it is on the pricing page. The partner setup fees, the tier discounts and the $2,100 white-label build are all published in full. The specifications of all four supplied players are on the hardware page. If your question is one of those, sales will send you a link, and you will have waited a working day for it.
What genuinely needs a conversation is anything that depends on the shape of your deployment: Business and Enterprise pricing, perpetual licence terms, hardware quotes, and which of the three partner programmes applies to you. Those are quoted rather than published because the honest number depends on your screen count, your sites and your hardware.
And if you would rather see it working than be told about it, the 14-day trial needs no card and no call. Plenty of people should do that first and talk to us second.
Talking to sales: common questions
What is the difference between Talk to Sales and the contact page?
This page goes to the sales inbox and is for anything commercial: pricing at your screen count, Business and Enterprise plans, perpetual licences, hardware quotes, and reseller or white-label terms. The contact page carries the three published inboxes including technical support, and is the right route if you are an existing customer with a problem or have a general enquiry. Submissions from this page are tagged as sales enquiries so they are triaged separately rather than landing in the same queue as support.
How quickly will I get a reply?
The Help Desk runs 8:00 to 18:00 GMT/BST, a UK working day, so a message sent outside those hours is picked up the next working morning. If your timeline is tight, say so in the first message along with the date you need to be live by, and it will be treated accordingly.
Can I book a demo?
Yes. Ask in the form and one will be arranged with a person who can answer questions about your specific estate rather than run a script. If you would rather see the product working before you talk to anyone at all, the 14-day trial comes with two players of your choice and needs no card and no call.
Do I have to talk to sales to get a price?
No, and you should check the published figures first. The Professional plan is $12 per display per month, the partner setup fees and discounts are published in full, and the white-label build is $2,100 per brand. What is not published is Business, Enterprise, perpetual licence and hardware pricing, because those depend on the size and shape of the deployment. If your question is answered on the pricing page, sales will just point you at it.
I am comparing LiveSign with another platform. Can sales help with that?
Yes, and start with the comparison page, which puts LiveSign next to Yodeck, ScreenCloud, OptiSigns and Rise Vision with every figure dated and sourced, including the three rows where those platforms are ahead of us. Send the quote or platform you are weighing against and you will get a straight answer on where each one fits, including the cases where the honest answer is that theirs suits you better.
I want to resell LiveSign. Is this the right page?
Yes, though read the partner pages first. The three programmes, their one-time setup fees of $5,000, $10,000 and $25,000, and their 5%, 10% and 15% discounts are all published, as is exactly what the discount applies to. Quite a few firms that ask turn out not to need a partner agreement at all: buying Live for your own screens, or running it for a customer as a managed service while the account stays yours, requires no application and no fee.
