WHITE LABEL
White label digital signage software, priced in public.
$2,100 per brand, once. Your application name, your icon, your splash screen, your about text. The product your customer opens every morning carries your name instead of ours.

Your name on the product, for a published price.
White label digital signage software is signage software you sell under your own brand instead of the vendor’s. With Live, that is a one-time build costing $2,100 per brand: you pick the application name, upload an icon and a splash screen, and write your own about text.
The reason firms pay for it is ownership of the relationship. A customer who logs into software with someone else’s name on it knows there is another company in the chain, and eventually wonders what that company charges. A customer who logs into yours does not.
It is also the cheapest signage product line anybody will ever launch. No CMS to build, no six device players to maintain, no scheduler, no support team learning a codebase. One build, and you have something to sell on Monday.

WHAT CHANGES
Four elements, and every one of them is seen daily.
This is the published scope of the build. Four things, changed once, for $2,100 per brand.
The application name
Pick what the product is called. It is the name on the splash, the name your customer says in a meeting and the name their staff learn, so it is the piece that does most of the work.
The icon
Upload your own icon in place of the shipped one. On a player that boots to a shelf of applications, this is often the only branding anyone sees before the content starts.
The splash screen
The screen shown while the player starts up. Every restart, every power cycle and every engineer visit puts it in front of somebody, which makes it the most-seen frame in the whole deployment.
The about text
Your own description in place of Live’s, so the person who goes looking for who supplied this reads your company, not a vendor they have never dealt with.
HOW IT FITS WITH THE PARTNER TIERS
Two separate purchases that most partners make together.
The Reseller programme is the commercial side: $5,000 one-time setup, 5% off plans and selected products, and your logos in place of the shipped Live logos across the CMS and the players. White label is the identity side: the application name, icon, splash screen and about text, for $2,100 per brand.
Buy the reseller tier alone and you get the margin with Live-branded software. Buy the white-label build alone and you get a branded product at list price. Buy both and the product is yours end to end, which is what most partners are actually picturing when they ask about either one.
WHO BUYS IT
Three businesses this pays for itself in.
One build, one price, and a product line you can keep selling for as long as the brand is yours.
AV integrators
You already supply the screens, the mounts and the install. A branded CMS makes signage a product line of yours rather than a third party you introduce into your own project.
Agencies and managed service providers
You run the content and the screens for your clients month to month. The software they log into carrying your name keeps the relationship where it belongs.
Distributors in a local market
In markets where a local brand outsells an unfamiliar international one, the brand on the software matters as much as the feature list. This is the cheapest way to change it.
WHAT THE BUILD DOES NOT COVER
Four elements is the published scope, and we will not imply a fifth.
The $2,100 build covers the application name, the icon, the splash screen and the about text. Anything past those four is a conversation, not a promise on a web page — custom domains, branded documentation, a branded mobile application and deeper interface theming are not part of the published offer, and you should not plan a launch around them on the strength of this page.
Two other things worth having straight. Pricing is per brand, so a second identity is a second build at the same price. And the software underneath stays Live: the features, the release schedule and the platform roadmap are ours, which is the entire reason the branded product costs $2,100 instead of two years of engineering.
If something specific decides your business case, put it to sales in the first conversation and get the answer in writing.
White label: common questions
What is white label digital signage software?
It is signage software you resell under your own brand rather than the vendor’s. With LiveSign, a one-time build priced at $2,100 per brand sets the application name, the icon, the splash screen and the about text to yours, so the product your customer uses carries your identity instead of Live’s.
How much does white labelling cost?
$2,100 per brand, charged once. It is not a subscription and it is not per customer or per screen. A second brand is a second build at the same price.
Is white label the same as the Reseller programme?
No, and you can buy either without the other. The Reseller programme is the commercial arrangement: a $5,000 one-time setup fee, a 5% discount on plans and selected products, and your logos in place of the shipped Live logos across the CMS and players. White label is the $2,100 build that changes the application name, icon, splash screen and about text. Partners who want a fully branded product usually buy both.
What exactly does the $2,100 build change?
Four things: the application name, the icon, the splash screen and the about text. That is the published scope. If you need something beyond those four — a custom domain, branded documentation, anything deeper in the interface — ask sales what is possible before you plan around it, because we are not going to imply a scope that is not written down.
Can I white label more than one brand?
Yes. Pricing is per brand, so a second brand is another $2,100 build. That structure suits a distributor running more than one market identity, or an agency that has acquired a second business it wants to keep separate.
Do I need to be a partner to buy white label?
The build is priced and sold in its own right, so it is a separate decision from the partner tiers. In practice most buyers pair it with the Reseller programme, because the branding is only half of what they want and the discount is the other half. Tell sales what you are trying to end up with and they will tell you which pieces you need.
Which platforms does the branding apply to?
Live runs on Windows, Android, Linux, LG webOS, Samsung Tizen and BrightSign from the same CMS. Confirm the exact per-platform behaviour of your build with sales before you promise a screen-by-screen result to a customer — device platforms differ in what their application shelf and startup sequence display.
