How long is the free trial, and do I need a credit card?

Fourteen days, and no. There is no card taken at signup and nothing to cancel — the trial ends on its own unless you ask us to continue.

How many screens can I run during the trial?

Two. The trial includes a choice of two Live Players, so you can run two screens, and you can use them to try two different platforms against each other — a Windows player and a Samsung Tizen panel, for example.

Which players can I try?

Any of the six: Windows, Android, Linux, LG webOS, Samsung Tizen and BrightSign. Samsung Tizen and LG webOS run on the panel itself with no player box, so on those you can trial LiveSign on a screen you already own.

Can I trial LiveSign against a self-hosted CMS?

Yes. If you already know which player you want, download and install it and run it against a self-hosted Live CMS for fourteen days. The form below is for the cloud-hosted trial, where we host the CMS for you; tell us in the message if you want to self-host instead.

Is signup automatic?

No, and this page will not pretend otherwise. Trials are provisioned by our team rather than by an automated signup flow, so the request below reaches a person. Our Help Desk works 8:00 to 18:00 GMT/BST.

What happens to my content when the trial ends?

Nothing is deleted the moment the fourteen days are up. If you continue on a paid plan the same CMS carries on with your layouts and media in place. If you decide against it, tell us and we will remove the account.

What does it cost if I continue?

The Professional plan is 12 USD per display per month, published in full on the pricing page. Business and Enterprise are quoted per deployment, and Enterprise is where self-hosting and the perpetual licence option live.
