START HERE
Every name here is one we can point at.
LiveSign customer case studies cover the businesses running Live digital signage today across retail, culture and visitor attractions, hospitality, quick-service restaurants, education, outdoor advertising and the AV reseller channel. Nine are named on this page, in six countries, and five have a written study with a costing model you can run against your own estate.
What each study carries is the detail a brochure cannot: which screens run where, what that kind of estate actually demands from a CMS, and a worked costing you can put your own numbers into. Confirmed figures are marked as confirmed, like the 700-plus screens at Jarir Bookstore. Anything a customer has not measured and published is not attributed to them, because a number you cannot trace is not evidence.
Each one also ends with the practical part: what to settle before you order, and which two or three numbers drive both the hardware and the cost. If you would rather hear it from an operator than from us, ask sales for a reference call and put your own questions to someone running the platform, including the ones a published page never answers.
WHAT A STUDY HERE HAS TO CLEAR
- A customer who agreed to be named
- No anonymous "a leading retailer". If the customer will not be named, there is no study.
- Their words, not ours
- Quotes are what the customer said and signed off, reproduced without tidying them into marketing voice.
- Scale that came from the customer
- Screen and site counts come from the customer, and where one is confirmed it is marked as confirmed, like the 700-plus screens at Jarir Bookstore.
- The real platform named
- Which player, on which hardware, hosted where. A study that will not say what it runs on is not much use to someone choosing.
- A costing you can check
- Every study carries a worked model with its inputs on the table and the sum under each total, so you can run it against your own estate.
WHO RUNS LIVE
Nine customers we can name out loud.
Each entry says what is verified and stops there. Where there is no written study yet, there is no link pretending otherwise.
RETAIL · SAUDI ARABIA & GCC
Jarir Bookstore
Runs Live across more than 700 screens in its store network. The largest deployment named on this site, and the one that shows what central scheduling and scoped access are actually for.

Louvre Abu Dhabi
Runs Live for visitor-facing signage in the universal museum on Saadiyat Island. The hardest room to put a screen in: everything the visitor came for is on the walls, and the screens must not compete with it.

JW Marriott Marquis Dubai
Runs Live in the twin-tower property on Sheikh Zayed Road. Rooms, a large food and beverage operation and a full conference business, all on different update rhythms from one CMS.

twofour54
Runs Live to drive giant outdoor LED at Abu Dhabi’s media and creative industries zone. The opposite problem to an estate: one very large surface, outdoors, and impossible to ignore when it is wrong.

KFC Barbados
Runs Live across its restaurant network for menu boards and promotional displays. Menu boards are the one screen a customer buys from, which makes price consistency across the estate the whole job.

Longhill High School
A UK secondary school running Live on campus. Schools are the clearest illustration of why the perpetual licence exists: a capital budget signs once far more easily than a revenue budget signs every year.

Veluba
Runs Live on London cycle-lane advertising displays. Mobile, outdoor and unattended, which is the deployment that punishes a player for every unplanned restart.

Intelligent Media
The largest Live reseller in the Greek market, selling and supporting the platform for their own customers rather than running one estate of their own.

Digital Signage Resolutions
A US signage specialist carrying Live into their own customer base. Two of the nine names on this page are resellers, which is a fair description of how the business actually reaches most screens.

Customer evidence: common questions
How large are the LiveSign deployments named here?
They range from a single-site restaurant network to Jarir Bookstore, which runs Live across more than 700 screens in its stores. In between sit Louvre Abu Dhabi, the JW Marriott Marquis in Dubai and twofour54 in Abu Dhabi driving giant outdoor LED, alongside a UK secondary school and a London cycle-lane advertising network. Nine customers are named across seven sectors and six countries, and the platform is also carried into their own markets by resellers in Greece and the United States. If you want the detail on a deployment close to your own, ask sales for a reference call.
How do I build a business case for digital signage?
With three numbers you can count yourself, rather than with a percentage from a vendor. First, what your current printed signage costs to produce, install and reprint across a year. Second, what staff time goes on things a screen would answer, which in hotels and museums is usually the largest and least visible line. Third, the software cost: LiveSign's published rate is $12 per display per month, so 100 displays is $14,400 a year and 700 is $100,800. Each study here works that arithmetic through for its own sector, and you can swap our figures for yours. A published uplift percentage is the weakest input of all, because it was measured in somebody else's building.
Can I talk to an existing LiveSign customer before buying?
Ask sales for a reference call. Whether one can be arranged depends on the customer agreeing and on whether their deployment resembles yours, so it is not a promise made in advance. It is a more useful conversation than any published study: you can ask about the parts a vendor page will never cover, like what went wrong during the rollout and how long support took to answer.
What industries use LiveSign?
The named customers span retail, museums and visitor attractions, hotels and conference venues, quick-service restaurants, secondary education, outdoor and cycle-lane advertising, and AV resellers serving their own markets, across the Gulf, Europe, the UK, the Caribbean and North America. The platform itself is used across retail, hospitality, corporate offices, education and healthcare, and each of those has its own page setting out what actually runs on the screens in that sector.
Do these case studies include ROI figures?
Yes, as worked estimates rather than as claims about the named customer. Each study carries a model for that kind of estate: the software cost from our published price list, the print and staff time it displaces, and the sum shown under every total so you can follow it. Confirmed figures and our own published prices are marked as such, and every other input names where it came from in the line beneath it, so you can swap ours for yours. Jarir Bookstore models at estate scale because its screen count is confirmed; the rest model per screen, which is the more portable unit anyway. No figure is presented as a result the customer measured, because none of them has published one.
